Evolution of patient
after fracture of radius head and microfractures of
carp bones of left side upper member, kept immobilized
in a cast for forty five days
Presented total functional absence of movements of the
wrist and fingers, edema, muscular atrophy and acute
pain under passive manipulation.
After five sessions of treatment performed twice a week
the patient already effected partially active pronation
and supine movements of the wrist.
After twenty sessions the patient performed actively
and with strength almost all movements related to wrist
and fingers.
